I understand the perspectives of various stakeholders. I have worked as a policymaker, freelance consultant, embedded researcher, and academic researcher.

My background includes work as a scientific director with Work Wellness Institute, a senior program manager with Healthcare Excellence Canada, a senior researcher with Alberta Health Services, a senior health policy researcher with Canadian Policy Research Networks, and a workforce planner for Saskatchewan Health.

I have a Ph.D. in the sociology of healthcare (interdisciplinary) from the University of Saskatchewan and am a Certified Healthcare Executive designation through the Canadian College of Healthcare Leaders.

I have vast experience with health policy and systems research, analytics, knowledge translation, quality improvement, policy frameworks, and program evaluation.
